Won't you consider Jesus

What a scary thought: being rejected by God for continuing in the way of the world. Jesus came saying, “Repent and believe, for the Kingdom of God is at hand” (Mark 1:15), yet people persist in their unbelief; rather than give thought to “maybe God is true,” they run themselves off a cliff. If someone would consider the Gospel and seek God, the bible tells us that God is gracious to forgive, but people are dying to die. If they would stop and consider the goodness of God, they might then turn and repent, and oh what a life they might have. A life not full of bitterness, selfishness, and loneliness. The relationships they think they have are nothing compared to being called a friend of God. This friendship truly is forever, resulting in never being alone, never feeling not good enough, and never feeling not loved. When you are a friend of God, your life has purpose and contentment. But when you chase the world and its possessions, you always end up wanting more. God’s love never fails, His friendship lasts forever, and you are never lost. Oh, what a God we have, what a complete satisfaction we have in Jesus. Won’t you consider Jesus?
